What hardware tools do you support for slave accounts?
We provide dedicated slave file support for Autotuner, Alientech Kess V3, and Magic Motorsport Flex. For master tool users, we support all master devices capable of exporting clean, unencrypted BIN file reads (such as Blash, MPPS, CMD, and Byteshooter).
How fast are tuning files returned to my garage?
Our average turnaround time is approximately 15 minutes. Every file is individually reviewed and recalibrated in WinOLS by an experienced calibrator—ensuring you receive a custom, dyno-verified file rather than an automated script.
Are there any monthly subscription fees or minimum orders?
No. There are zero ongoing contract commitments, setup charges, or monthly minimum ordering volumes. You simply purchase credits or pay per file as required by your workshop volume.
Do you supply gearbox (TCU) tuning files alongside ECU maps?
Yes. We supply specialized transmission software for ZF 6HP/8HP, DSG (DQ200, DQ250, DQ381, DQ500), and S-Tronic gearboxes. TCU files can be requested individually or bundled with Stage 1 and Stage 2 ECU maps.
Who runs the CB Tuning file service?
CB Tuning is the wholesale trade arm operated by CSC Motors in Glenrothes, Fife. Our technical team brings over 5 years of professional remapping experience, operates an in-house Dimsport 2WD braked rolling road, and uses licensed WinOLS editing suites.
What technical support is available during flashing?
Support is provided directly via internal dealer portal tickets and WhatsApp during operating hours (9 AM – 9 PM weekdays, 9 AM – 5 PM Saturdays). Our team can assist with recovery protocols, datalog checks, and map adjustments.
Do you offer DPF, EGR, AdBlue, and DTC delete solutions?
Yes. In addition to performance calibrations, we provide comprehensive environmental and diagnostic solutions including DPF, EGR, AdBlue, swirl flaps, and specific DTC removals tailored to your workshop requirements. (Please note, some of our solutions are offered for off-road use only, please refer to your local regulations)
How does the payment and credit system work on the portal?
Our portal operates on a flexible, transparent pay-per-file or credit-top-up structure with zero monthly subscription fees or minimum commitments. You only pay for the files you process.
